Colonel Sanders Housewives Tournament

Yes, it is him. The Colonel Sanders Housewives Tournament started in 1976 and over 5,000 women competed. There was two divisions and the winners of each division received a weekend holiday in San Francisco as well as a dinner at the “Cloud 9” Restaurant…. and I am sure a lot of chicken.

I have not been able to find too much information on this tournament and do not know when the last year it ran. However, the Colonel himself was on hand to present the winners their prizes.
